  1. List every category of user information collected by the application.
  2. Specify which information is mandatory and which is optional.
  3. Identify what information users manually provide.
  4. Identify what information is automatically collected by the application or backend.
  5. List all user-generated content that can be uploaded (photos, videos, profile photo, etc.).
  6. Specify all authentication and security-related data collected (OTP, login history, device verification, password reset logs, etc.).
  7. List all device and technical information collected (IP address, device ID, operating system, app version, browser, diagnostics, etc.).
  8. Specify whether location information is collected and, if so, under what circumstances.
  9. List all analytics, usage statistics, crash reports, and application logs that are collected.
  10. Specify all subscription and payment-related information collected and identify what is handled directly by Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other third parties.
  11. List all third-party services integrated with the application and describe what user information is shared with each service.
  12. Specify where each category of user information is stored.
  13. Confirm whether data is encrypted during transmission and while stored.
  14. Specify the retention period for each category of user information.
  15. Explain how user data is deleted when an account is deleted.
  16. Confirm whether backups are maintained and, if so, how long they are retained.
  17. Identify any cookies, tracking technologies, SDKs, or similar technologies used by the application or website.
  18. Confirm whether any information is used for advertising, personalization, or marketing purposes.
  19. Specify whether any information is transferred outside the United States.
  20. Confirm whether there are any additional user data collection or processing activities that should be disclosed in the Privacy Policy but are not currently documented.

SMS TEXT MESSAGING COMMUNICATIONS — By providing your mobile phone number and creating an account, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Sarayuvibes LLC (Yeloth), including one‐time verification passcodes (OTPs) required for account registration, login, password recovery, and account security. Message frequency varies and is based on your account activity — messages are sent only when you request a verification code. By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive one‐time passcodes (OTPs) via SMS solely for identity verification and account security purposes. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information, including your phone number or SMS opt‐in consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.
  22. End-to-End Encryption:Yeloth uses end-to-end encryption to protect eligible user data transmitted through the application. End-to-end encryption means that content is encrypted on the sender’s device and can only be decrypted by the intended recipient or the authenticated account owner. Neither Yeloth, SarayuVibes LLC, nor our service providers have access to the encryption keys required to decrypt protected content.We use industry-standard cryptographic protocols to help protect user data during transmission and while stored on supported services. While no security system can guarantee absolute protection, we continuously maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
